1. Authorized and lawful use
You may use LuxeZar Tech services only for lawful business purposes and only for systems, accounts, domains, data and users you are authorized to control. You must provide truthful information about ownership, authorization and intended use.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use our website, services or access to conduct or facilitate unauthorized access; credential theft; malware; phishing; spam; fraud; evasion of security controls; denial-of-service activity; unlawful surveillance; stalking; harassment; exploitation; trafficking; intellectual-property infringement; deceptive impersonation; illegal content; or any activity that violates applicable law or a provider’s rules.
3. Security testing
Penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, password testing, exploit development or similar activity requires a separate written scope, verified authorization, defined target, approved timing and rules of engagement. A Company IT Audit, risk assessment or general support order does not authorize intrusive testing.
4. Email and messaging
You must not use configured email, domains or messaging systems for unsolicited bulk communication, deceptive content, malicious links, address harvesting or conduct prohibited by applicable anti-spam, privacy or consumer-protection rules.
5. Customer content and data
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, retention and protection of content and data you provide or direct us to process. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for the service. Regulated, highly sensitive or classified data must be disclosed before work begins so the scope and safeguards can be assessed.
6. Credentials and access
You must protect administrator accounts, use multi-factor authentication where appropriate, limit access, notify us of compromised credentials and remove access when no longer required. Shared or permanent unrestricted credentials may be refused.
7. Resource abuse
You must not intentionally overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass limits on our website, hosting, forms, service tools or third-party systems. Automated access must respect published controls and provider terms.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations; request evidence of authorization; restrict, pause or terminate work; preserve relevant records; notify an affected provider; or report activity where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or rights. We will consider the nature, severity and urgency of the issue.
9. Reporting
Report suspected abuse connected with LuxeZar Tech to contact@tech.luxezarllc.com. Include enough information for responsible investigation and do not send active malware or secrets through email.
