Every service page states its exact scope. If your environment falls outside that scope, request a quote before payment.
How do payments work?
Fixed-scope starter services may be paid online. Larger or variable projects begin with a written quotation and may use a 50% deposit and 50% before final handover.
How long does delivery take?
Each service page states an estimate. Timing begins only after required access, licences, content and approvals are received.
Can the work be delivered remotely?
Yes. LuxeZar Tech is remote-first. On-site work is excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
Are Microsoft and software licences included?
No, unless the quotation says otherwise. Customers normally purchase and own licences directly.
What support is included?
Only the support window stated on the service page or Statement of Work. Ongoing support requires a separate plan.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancellation and refund rights depend on whether work has started, whether licences were purchased and how much of the agreed scope has been delivered. See the Service Cancellation and Refund Policy.
