Maximum scope
The $199 starting scope covers up to 3 standard mailboxes, normally up to 25 GB each, from one supported source platform to one Microsoft 365 tenant.
Delivery timeframe
Usually 5–10 business days after source access, licences, DNS access and the migration window are approved.
Included support
3 business days of post-cutover correction support for migrated mailboxes. User training, new configuration and later issues are not included.
Customer-owned services
The customer owns and pays for Microsoft licences, the source platform and any required migration tool. Costs are approved before purchase.
Additional work
Additional mailboxes start from $25 each. Large mailboxes, archives, shared mailboxes, complex data and unsupported sources receive a custom quote.
