Customer-owned services
The customer owns the Microsoft tenant and domain, buys Microsoft licences directly and grants LuxeZar Tech temporary authorized access.
Additional work
Extra users, migration, advanced security, device setup and additional domains are quoted before work begins.

Licence and software disclaimer
Microsoft subscriptions and paid third-party software are not included. The customer purchases and owns them directly. We will identify the suitable licence before work begins.
Cancellation rules
You may cancel before implementation begins under the Service Cancellation and Refund Policy. Licence purchases and completed configuration work are not refundable.
