Included support
5 business days of correction support after handover for the controls configured by LuxeZar Tech. Monitoring and future policy changes are not included.
Customer-owned services
The customer owns and pays for the Microsoft tenant and licences. LuxeZar Tech uses temporary authorized administrative access.
Additional work
Extra users, endpoints, policies, compliance mapping, remediation and unsupported licence changes are quoted separately.

Licence and software disclaimer
Conditional Access and certain security controls require suitable Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft 365 licences. Unavailable features will be documented, not falsely marked as completed.
Cancellation rules
Security changes are planned before implementation. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the work already completed and third-party costs.
