Included support
5 business days of correction support after the first verified backup. Without a monitoring plan, the customer is responsible for checking future backup status.
Customer-owned services
The customer opens, owns and pays the backup/storage provider directly. LuxeZar Tech configures the approved account and does not hide the provider charge.
Additional work
Extra workloads, data migration, custom retention and recovery work are quoted. Optional monthly backup-status review starts from $29/month.

One-time implementation fee. Storage and backup subscriptions are recurring provider costs paid by the customer.
